The tastefully designed newly updated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo boasts an open floor plan with a coastal flair. Outfitted with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, the modern kitchen features everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. A Keurig, a traditional coffee maker, and a crockpot. When it's time to eat, gather with family in the dining space. Additional perks include a covered parking space for mid-size vehicles (not well suited for large SUVs and full-size trucks) and an in-unit washer/dryer.
A quiet beach community just south of Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores is a popular destination for snowbirds and seabirds with an assortment of shops and restaurants. The area is known for its friendly atmosphere, panoramic beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife

Arrival Instructions: Once your booking has been finalized, we will email you our contact information and specific instructions for pick up keys at our local office. Be sure to check your SPAM folder for our emails.

Self-Catering: The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies. Grocery stores and other shops are just a short drive away. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Wi-Fi and basic cable are provided at no additional cost. Beds are made up with fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided. The unit is equipped with a washer/dryer should you need to wash any clothes or linens during your stay. Housekeeping services are not provided on a day-to-day basis, so we have provided cleaning equipment to enable you to clean the floor and wipe any surfaces when needed during your stay. At the end of your stay, wash and put away any dishes, empty the fridge and cupboards and take the trash out to the bins before you leave. A minimum charge of $300 will apply for missing linens and/or housekeeping services that exceed normal use. A minimum charge of $1,000 will apply for smoking in the property.

Transportation: The unit is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport, and 12 miles from St. Petersburg - Clearwater International Airport. Ground transportation is available through ridesharing services, as well as Super Shuttle. Estimated taxi fare is $65 (one-way). Estimated Super Shuttle fare is $65 (one-way). Getting around Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is inexpensive, fun, easy, and convenient when you take advantage of the Pinellas Suncoast Beach Trolley (PSTA) service. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north) to Pass-A-Grille (south) and stops at specially marked "Trolley Stop" locations along the entire Gulf Blvd route.

Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted in this property. Any violation of this will result in immediate eviction of the property and forfeiture of monies paid.

Accidental Damage Protection: INSURANCE as listed in Homeaway/VRBO "other charges" will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay. Intentional damage of damage that exceeds the maximum will be charged to the credit card on file. In lieu of the insurance a $3,000 damage deposit will be required upon final payment.

Nice Family Getaway

"Host was great, quickly responded with answers. We really appreciated all the beach items available for use. The condo was exactly like the pictures indicated, and had a beautiful ocean view. The only downside is the 3rd bedroom is really small and connected to the kitchen. Our family really enjoyed the area. Didn’t experience the overcrowding on the beaches or at the area restaurants that can occur at other popular destinations.

"The condo was perfect for our last minute family trip to Indian Shores. Check-in was easy, and the condo was very clean. The condo had everything we needed for the beach. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, toys, a small cooler and even a wagon to haul it all down to the beach. Parking was a little tight in the assigned space, but a guest parking spot pass is provided and could be used if you have a larger vehicle. We would definitely stay here again.

"This place was very clean and had everything you could need (kitchen tools, beach gear, towels, etc), but didn’t feel cluttered at all. Great views, nice porch, and great living room furniture. Condo community was well taken care of and there was a great pool deck that was never over crowded. Only exception was that only half the jets in the hot tub worked. Restaurants, mini golf, ice cream shop, and gift shops all easily accessible. You do get a parking place, but it is pretty difficult to get in and out of so make sure you have a car you can easily maneuver in tight spaces. The checkin process required a visit to an office in town, but the email I received did not state that explicitly and once we got there we picked up paperwork that could’ve been emailed and printed at home. All in all it’s a pretty easy decision, if this place is available when we’re ready to travel again we’ll book it.

Great Location!

"Can't beat the location, right on the beach! We enjoyed walking the beach every morning and watching the sunsets. Condo was very clean and spacious. We were even greeted with fun towel sculptures in the form of swans on our beds upon arrival! Kitchen was well stocked, and there were plenty of towels and beach towels. If come with more than one car, please note that you only get one assigned parking spot with the condo. And the guest parking is on a first come first serve basis - with only 17 available spots for the whole building. My son couldn't find a spot on Saturday when we arrived, but then it was no problem to find a spot from Sunday on. (Maybe the building residents had more visitors on Saturday.) There is a Caddy's bar/restaurant directly across the street (but it was temporarily closed due to the hurricane when we were there.) But several other dining options are just a 3 minute drive away. Overall I would definitely rent this place again.

"We loved this condo and would stay here again! It’s a great location, the sunsets are beautiful, the pool is easy to access, the spacious condo was stocked with everything my family and grandchildren needed, and it was very clean. It truly felt like a home away from home; from making breakfast in the morning to a load of laundry in the evening. We appreciated all the extra amenities including beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys, and the game cupboard. The covered parking was a bonus to keep our vehicle out of the hot Florida sun.

"The Sandcastle Condo exceeded all our expectations! It was very clean and everything we needed for a few days of vacation were included. The beds were comfortable and the view was amazing. It is a very quiet community but with many things to do just a short drive away. The pool was very nice and warm and never too busy. The building itself is a little tired but nothing that would keep me from staying there again!

"You do not want to miss out on this rental property. It has amazing views, beautiful sunsets, easy access to the beach, and dining opportunities within walking distance. The condo itself made me feel like I was home with a well stocked kitchen, spacious areas, and an elegant, updated look. I would definitely stay here again.
