You will love this gorgeous 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that sleeps 7. The open floor plan gives the family plenty of space to relax and make memories. The living room opens on to the balcony where you will be welcomed by beautiful views of the pool area and the Gulf of Mexico. There is a breakfast bar and dining area adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen and laundry area.
Enjoy the luxury of a large primary suite offering a King-size bed with a separate seating area that has sliding glass doors leading out to the large balcony. The bedroom also has a full en suite bath with a walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom has a full-size bed and the second guest bedroom offers full size bunk beds. A full bath with a shower/tub combo is adjacent to the guest bedrooms
This unit is a monthly rental (min 28-31 days). During Season (Jan - Apr) the unit is available by calendar months only - Jan 1-31; Feb 1-28/29; Mar 1-31 or Apr 1-30. During off-Season (May - Dec) a calendar month is not required but the unit must be rented for a minimum of 30 days.
At the beach parking is always scarce but the unit comes with one assigned covered parking space. Guest parking is available with a guest pass on a first come first serve basis. Community amenities include a heated pool and spa with ample seating on the pool deck, gas grills, and a gazebo. There is also a fitness facility, clubhouse, and dry sauna. Cable and Wi-Fi are included at no additional cost to the guest.

Self-Catering: The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies. Grocery stores and other shops are just a short drive away. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Wi-Fi and basic cable are provided at no additional cost. Beds are made up with fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided. The unit is equipped with a washer/dryer should you need to wash any clothes or linens during your stay. Housekeeping services are not provided on a day-to-day basis, so we have provided cleaning equipment to enable you to clean when needed during your stay. At the end of your stay, wash and put away any dishes, empty the fridge and cupboards and take the trash out to the bins before you leave. A minimum charge of $300 will apply for missing linens and/or housekeeping services that exceed normal use. A minimum charge of $1,000 will apply for smoking in the property.
Transportation: The unit is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport, and 12 miles from St. Petersburg - Clearwater International Airport. Ground transportation is available through ridesharing services, as well as Super Shuttle. Estimated taxi fare is $65 (one-way). Estimated Super Shuttle fare is $65 (one-way). Getting around Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is inexpensive, fun, easy, and convenient when you take advantage of the Pinellas Suncoast Beach Trolley (PSTA) service. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north) to Pass-A-Grille (south) and stops at specially marked "Trolley Stop" locations along the entire Gulf Blvd route.
Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted in this property. Any violation of this will result in immediate eviction of the property and forfeiture of monies paid.
Accidental Damage Protection: INSURANCE as listed in Homeaway/VRBO "other charges" will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay. Intentional damage of damage that exceeds the maximum will be charged to the credit card on file. In lieu of the insurance a $2,000 damage deposit will be required upon final payment.
