The guest bedroom has a queen bed as well as a single bed and a walk-in closet with direct access to the guest bathroom. The open concept floor plan features a comfortable living room that leads to a fabulous balcony that looks out over the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Make a home cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen and serve it in the large dining room that seats 6 or more guests. This unit also comes equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, Bosch dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer. Relax while streaming a movie on the large flat screen TV or enjoy going out to the beach using the beach chairs, umbrella and other beach accessories inside this unit for your convenience.
Tortugas Del Mar is in the quiet upscale community of Belleair Beach. This complex offers gorgeous grounds and a large, heated pool with a lounge area. The famous Columbia restaurant is just a short drive as are the Backwater bar and restaurant, Maggie Mae's breakfast place, Basimo coffee cafe and many more. Clearwater marina is only a 3-mile drive. Publix and Walmart are a short distance away.

• Accidental Damage Protection: INSURANCE as listed in HomeAway/VRBO "other charges" will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay. Intentional damage or damage that exceeds the maximum will be charged to the credit card on file. In lieu of the insurance a $3,000 damage deposit will be required upon final payment.
